Each Nommi blind box is a sweet surprise! Inside, you’ll find 1 adorable Nommi doll (4 x 3 x 7.1 inches tall) from our "Cuddly Crew" series—think cookie-shaped bears, starry bunnies, or donut-themed cuties. The dolls are randomly selected, but don’t worry: every design is super cute, and there are no "duds"! Keep an eye out for ultra-rare "Glitter Nommis" (only 1 in 50 boxes) for extra sparkle.

Do you offer bulk orders of Nommi blind boxes (for parties or gifts)?

Yes—we offer free worldwide shipping! ✈️ And we cover all duties and taxes, so your order arrives at no extra cost.

Some items may not be available for purchase in certain countries because of our licensing agreements. As a result, international customers might encounter restrictions when placing orders, and some orders may be canceled if items aren't available for your location.

Delivery Times: International shipments typically take 5-20 days to arrive. If your in-stock order hasn’t arrived after 25 days, please contact our team for assistance.

Important Note: All international sales on nommitoy.com are final. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are not included in the purchase price and may be charged upon delivery.

How long does shipping take for Nommi blind boxes?

We ship worldwide for free! For US orders, standard shipping takes 8-10 business days; international orders take 12-14 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your box ships—so you can watch it hop to your door!

Why did I get duplicate dolls?

Randomness is part of the fun! Dupe rate is ~15%. Join our Trade Hub (Discord/Facebook) to swap with other collectors.*

Can l change the shipping address on my order?

To ensure fast shipping, once your order is placed, we can modify it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will not be able to update the shipping address. We charge a $10 restocking fee for undeliverable or rejected orders. If your order is returned, it will be canceled and you will receive a full refund, less a $10 handling fee.

What should l do if l experience a delay in the shipping of my order?

We apologize for any shipping delays you may have encountered. During holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen logistical issues, some orders may be shipped later than expected. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We want you to love your Nommi! If your cosmic companion arrives and isn't quite what you hoped for, you may return unopened items within 14 days for a full refund.

Starlight Note: For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened plush toys (they might bring back space germs!).

Blind Box Special Policy

When purchasing multiple mystery boxes:

  • We cannot guarantee duplicates or unique items
  • Each unboxing is a cosmic surprise!

Can I return or exchange a blind box if I don’t like the doll inside?

Since blind boxes are all about surprises, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for "wrong design" regrets—part of the fun is loving whatever Nommi picks you! But if your box is unopened and you change your mind, we offer a 30-day refund (minus shipping) as long as the packaging is sealed. Just shoot us an email, and we’ll guide you through it.

Can I return opened blind boxes?

The blind box has been opened and the Nommi has already recognized you as the owner. Sorry, we can't replace it for you, but you can claim a new Nommi. Tips (order discount code: AS25)

What do l do if l receive the wrong item in my order?

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue to our team via email for further assistance.

Include your order number, a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!
